By visiting this website or purchasing the Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase the Product.

Lymphatic Universe is a digital wellness education brand created by Raissa Stefany, a massage therapist specialized in lymphatic drainage. We sell one product: the 10-Minute Lymphatic Reset Routine, a downloadable e-book that presents an educational, at-home self-lymphatic drainage routine. The Product is a digital file delivered instantly after purchase. It is not a physical item, a course, a coaching program, or a medical service.
2. Eligibility
This website and the Product are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
3. Purchase, price, and delivery
The Product is offered for a one-time payment of US$39. Checkout, payment processing, and digital delivery are handled by our third-party provider, Gumroad. After your payment is confirmed, you will receive instant access to download the e-book and an email containing a secure download link. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for keeping your download link and file secure.
4. License and permitted use
When you purchase the Product, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and read the e-book for your own personal, non-commercial use. This license is for you as an individual purchaser.
5. Intellectual property
All content in the Product and on this website — including text, routines, illustrations, photographs, layout, and branding — is owned by Lymphatic Universe / Raissa Stefany or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing the Product does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
6. Restrictions
You may not, without our prior written permission:
- Copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit the Product;
- Share, distribute, upload, or make the e-book (or your download link) available to any other person or on any public or file-sharing platform;
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Product;
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice in the Product.
7. Health & medical disclaimer
The Product is provided for educational and general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a treatment for Lipedema or any other medical condition. The techniques shared reflect the creator’s personal wellness journey and professional experience with self-care — individual results vary, and no specific outcome is promised.
Lymphatic self-massage is gentle and generally safe for most people, but it is not recommended if you have an active infection, a fever, congestive heart failure, or a history of blood clots. It is also not intended for use during pregnancy or post-operative recovery. Always consult your physician or a licensed healthcare provider before starting any new massage or wellness routine, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or managing a health condition. You use the routine at your own discretion and risk.

Because the Product is a digital item delivered instantly, our refund practices are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of warranties

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
